JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs: Advisory on ONEOK’s 43% Stake Acquisition in EnLink Midstream for $3.3bn

JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs are steering ONEOK, Inc. through its strategic acquisition of a 43% stake in EnLink Midstream, LLC from Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), valued at approximately $3.3 billion.

This deal is part of a broader $5.9 billion transaction that also includes the purchase of Medallion Midstream, LLC for $2.6 billion.

ONEOK’s acquisition price for EnLink
