Morgan Stanley, alongside Centerview Partners LLC, has taken a pivotal role as financial advisor to Verizon in its strategic acquisition of Frontier Communications for $20 billion.

This all-cash deal, facilitated by Verizon’s legal counsel Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, marks a significant expansion of Verizon’s fiber network, aiming to enhance broadband and mobility services across the United States.
