Rothschild & Co has orchestrated a pivotal deal in the renewable energy sector, with Macquarie Asset Management divesting its 40% stake in Hydro Dolomiti Energia (HDE).
The stake was acquired by a consortium including Equitix Euro Funds, Tages Capital SGR S.p.A., and La Finanziaria Trentina S.p.A., alongside various local industrial co-investors and institutions.
