Mubadala Investment, Ares Management, and Aldar Properties have announced a collaboration to establish a $1 billion private credit fund for real estate investments across the UK and Europe.
The new platform will see Mubadala hold a 50% stake, Aldar with a 30% holding, and Ares with the remaining 20%. Additionally, Ares will provide an investment team responsible for managing deal origination and monitoring the portfolio.
