According to EY research, fund companies lag behind banks and other industry peers in attaining gender balance on their boards.

According to the Big Four firm’s 2017 Boardroom Monitor, which follows companies in the MSCI European Financials Index, asset managers and wealth managers had the lowest gender diversity.
