Barclays Exclusive: Potential £3bn Department Sale

Barclays Plc is contemplating selling a stake in its merchant-acquiring enterprise in the UK, aiming to uplift its underperforming share price. Confidential sources revealed that the bank, helmed by C.S. Venkatakrishnan, has been engaging with potential partners and devising an internal plan.
