Barclays has strengthened its US healthcare division by re-hiring Jed Brody, an experienced banker who previously worked for the company.

As a managing director, he will be based in New York and report to global head of healthcare and real estate investment banking, Rick Landgarten.
During his earlier tenure at Barclays, Brody played a key role in major deals, including CVS Health’s $12.7 billion acquisition of Omnicare, a pharmacy services provider, and Endo International’s $8 billion takeover of Par Pharmaceutical.
