Citi, Jefferies: Advisory on Devon Energy’s $5bn Acquisition of Williston Basin

Citi has taken the lead as the financial advisor in Devon Energy’s strategic acquisition of Grayson Mill Energy’s Williston Basin assets, valued at $5 billion.

The deal, structured with $3.25 billion in cash and $1.75 billion in Devon stock, is set to enhance Devon’s operational scale significantly.
