Francesca McDonagh, former Chief Operating Officer of Credit Suisse and former CEO of the Bank of Ireland, has taken up a new role as the Chief Executive of Universal Investment Group, a European fund services platform.

McDonagh will assume her position on January 1st, 2024, following her involvement in overseeing the successful merger of Swiss banks UBS and Credit Suisse earlier this year.
In her new role, McDonagh is determined to propel Universal Investment Group to become a global leader in the industry by exploring opportunities for mergers.
