Former head of UK mergers and acquisitions at Deutsche Bank has been appointed by boutique Moelis as a senior dealmaker in its London office.
Chris Raff, who spent 18 years at the German bank, has joined Moelis as a managing director specialising in mergers and acquisitions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, according to a statement from the boutique.
In his nearly two decades at the bank, Raff has also led the financial sponsors mergers and acquisitions unit.
