Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP) and Jefferies served as financial advisors on Cognizant’s $1.3 billion acquisition of Belcan, a global provider of engineering and IT services.
The deal, involving cash and ordinary shares, aims to enhance Cognizant’s presence in the fast-growing Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) market, especially in aerospace and defense.
