JP Morgan Exclusive: CEO Jamie Dimon Compensation Exceeds $35 Million

JP Morgan has increased CEO Jamie Dimon’s pay to $36 million for 2023, following the bank’s impressive annual profit.

This marks a 4% raise from the previous years. In both 2022 and 2021, Dimon received $34.5 million.

Dimon’s compensation package consists of a base salary of $1.5 million and a $34.5 million bonus, comprised of $5 million in cash and $29.5 million in JPMorgan stock.
