JP Morgan Shifts in Leadership: Fernando Rivas Replaced by Jay Horine

JP Morgan is making big changes to its investment banking division. An internal memo seen by industry insiders reports that Fernando Rivas, the current North America investment banking head, will retire in early 2024 after almost 30 years with the bank.

JP Morgan is making additional moves in its investment banking business to expand its digital banking services.

The bank is creating a new digital banking group that will use artificial intelligence to help JPMorgan’s clients.
