KKR Acquires 20% Stake in Singtel’s Datacenter Unit

Private equity firm KKR is making a significant investment in Asian digital infrastructure by acquiring a 20% stake in Singtel’s datacenter business.

Singtel, the largest telecoms provider in Singapore, intends to use the funds to expand its operations in Southeast Asia, including new markets like Malaysia and Vietnam.
