Mars: Takes Sweet Bite with £534m Hotel Chocolat Acquisition

Mars Inc., a renowned American candy company, has agreed to purchase Hotel Chocolat Group Plc, a British luxury chocolate retailer, for a whopping £534 million ($664 million).
