Moelis, a boutique law firm, has boosted its London office by adding a senior dealmaker to its private funds division.
Skip Fahrholz has joined the bank as a managing director within its private funds advisory group in London, according to a statement from the bank. He will be responsible for expanding the bank’s secondary and co-investment advising business.
The veteran of mergers and acquisitions arrives from UBS, where he served as head of private equity co-investments and secondaries within its wealth management division. Additionally, he led the Swiss bank’s Emea secondaries advising division within the investment bank.
