Odey Asset Management is no longer under investigation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), according to a letter from CEO Peter Martin and CFO Michael Ede to investors.
The hedge fund has experienced several negative headlines in recent months following allegations regarding a toxic culture at the firm and sexual assault allegations against founder, Crispin Odey, which he denies.
The latest update, however, suggests that the FCA has now ended its investigation and will not be taking any action.
