Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP) served as the financial advisor to the Ad Hoc Group of Noteholders in Lionsgate’s recent senior notes exchange, a significant development for the entertainment powerhouse.
On May 2, 2024, Lionsgate, based in Santa Monica, California, and Vancouver, BC, announced an Exchange Agreement involving around $383 million in principal of its 5.500% senior notes due 2029.
