Spanish bank Santander recently announced the appointment of Steve Schwartz, a seasoned professional with prior experience at Credit Suisse, as the new head of healthcare services for its US division.
Schwartz, who had a long tenure at Credit Suisse starting in 1999, will be reporting directly to David Hermer, Santander’s head of corporate and investment banking.
Both Schwartz and Hermer will be working alongside other former colleagues from Credit Suisse, including Steve Geller, the chief of mergers and acquisitions.
