Over 20% of investors voted against the report, with many believing that the firm’s 2020 share plan was too generous, especially given the ongoing pandemic.
The company recently responded to these concerns by stating that it had since met with shareholders who argued that the 2020 share plan should have been adjusted to account for the fall in share price at the time of its grant.
