UBS-Credit Suisse: 150 Jobs in Jeopardy

Swiss bank UBS is set to cut about 147 jobs as it scales back Credit Suisse’s operations in Madrid, which were created after the UK left the European Union.

The cuts will affect 104 roles at Credit Suisse Bank (Europe) SA, while a further 33 will impact the company’s branch in Spain, with ten more at its wealth management division, Credit Suisse Gestión.

UBS has yet to make a decision on the future of Credit Suisse’s EU unit.
