Ares Management: Behind the New York Manhattan Office Expansion

Ares Management Corp. has expanded its Manhattan office space, securing the top eight floors at 245 Park Avenue, a prime location near Grand Central Terminal.

This move increases their footprint by three floors, accommodating around 1,150 employees, up from 698 as of late May.
