Moelis & Co, a leading global investment bank, has announced the establishment of a dedicated investment banking team focused on the energy transition.
The team will be led by Arash Nazhad, who recently joined Moelis & Co from Citigroup, alongside experienced Moelis banker Rick Polhemus.
The Clean Technology Group will work closely with other teams within the firm, including those specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, and sectors such as power, infrastructure, chemicals, and metals and mining.
