Thoma Bravo Exclusive: 50% of Nasdaq Stake Sold for $2.7bn

Thoma Bravo has successfully offloaded about 50% of its Nasdaq Inc. holdings, netting $2.7 billion in the process.

The transaction involved the sale of 41.6 million shares priced at $65.30 each, which fell within the expected range of $64.80 to $65.80.

This sale significantly reduces Thoma
