UBS Exclusive: COO McDonagh Exits

Francesca McDonagh, the Chief Operating Officer of Credit Suisse, has decided to leave the company, according to an internal memo from CEO Ulrich Koerner. McDonagh’s resignation comes three months after UBS Group AG took over Credit Suisse. Koerner expressed his appreciation for McDonagh’s leadership and confirmed that she will assist in ensuring a smooth transition before pursuing a new opportunity outside the banking sector.
